Once the watch was received, I took it back to an Omega watchmaker to open it and examine it. My Watchmaker certifies me that the service has not been carried out when it is indicated that yes on the ad. For example, the spring of the mechanical winding has lost a large amplitude and if the revision had been made. the spring would have been changed. In addition, the bracelet provided is a fake. On the other hand, the dial and the mechanism are authentic goods. I asked the seller to take charge of the € 550 for overhaul requested by the Omega watchmaker, but he refused. He offered to give him the watch to have his watchmaker see it again if he doesn't do it the first time. he doesn't have to be competent. I decided to keep the watch despite this, but beware the announcement does not say everything. The seller did not respond to my last message.

The watch is serviced by an Omega certified watchmaker and I leave a one year warranty, I sent you the service receipt. If the watch should be as you claim, I offered you to send the watch back and I will fix it within the warranty. I also offered you to send the watch back and get full refund if you want, but you have not answered my two last e-mails? We only want satisfied customers so please let us know if there is anything else we can do or offer so you can be satisfied with the watch and our service? Kind Regards/ Majelli team

Good communication but the package was in my letter box and anyone could have stole it. The condition of the dial is very good as I saw it on the pictures, but the case looked much nicer in the pictures due to the lights.

Thank you for your review! That is not good that the delivery/post man left the package in your mailbox for anyone to steal. I always ship with insured and traceable shipping and they are suposed to deliver it to you in person and get a signature. If you are not home when the try to deliver they should leave it at a post service centre for you to collect with ID. I will write the delivery company and tell them about this failure. Thank you for telling me! Sorry that you are not fully satisfied with the condition of the case. I always try to take as good and high resolution pictures of the watches as possible, so you can see the actual condition and not only read about it.
