Strap was damaged and showed pictures to them. They phoned me directly and said that it went broken during transport. A strap can not get damaged (stitching was loose). It was well packed. I had it fixed at a shop. He said it must have happened during transport, I asked if it was genuine. Strange conversation.

Hello dear Mr. van der Aa, after you just hang up on phone, after listening to you and it was my turn to speak, I had no chance anymore to comment on your complaint. The strap was absolutely new as we shipped it, so as said I cant describe how the stitch got damaged at the little part on the picture which you have send us. We got a houseown certified watchmaker in our houseown watchmaker atelier with 40 years of experience. So you want to tell us that we wouldn't have fixed a little loose stitching, while I got a watchmaker with 40 years of experience here? And risk by that a negative rating on Chrono24? Strange opinion form your side. I offered you as well to send the strap back and to let us fix it here. And as I remember, we actually had a nice and respectfully phone call, where you were totally satisfied at the end of the conversation, so we do not get your point on a "strange conversation".

Poor product description resulted in substantial delays in clearing customs. Responses from dealer was poor at times. Watch was received with some dirt on - unacceptable!!
