Bought two watches with box and papers. Both santos, one of the watches has panthere papers which has nothing to do with santos. Watches were not even serviced

We're very sorry to hear that, both watches were checked before shipment. Why didn't contact us as soon as you receive the watches?. This is the first time we know about this issue. In any case if you're not satisfied we will take both watches back with pleasure.
